The Kerala Climate Resilient Agri-Value Chain Modernization Project (KERA) is a Government of Kerala initiative implemented in partnership with the World Bank. The project aims to transform Kerala's agricultural landscape by strengthening climate resilience, enhancing value chains, and improving farmers' livelihoods through sustainable, inclusive, and technology-driven interventions.

Conceived in the wake of increasing climate uncertainties and the need for market-oriented agricultural development, KERA focuses on building an ecosystem where farmers, producer companies, agribusinesses, research institutions, and public agencies work collaboratively to achieve long-term resilience and competitiveness in agriculture.

കേരള കാലാവസ്ഥാ സുസ്ഥിര കാർഷിക വിലശ്രേണി ആധുനികീകരണ പദ്ധതി (KERA) വേൾഡ് ബാങ്കിന്റെ പങ്കാളിത്തത്തോടെ കേരള സർക്കാർ നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന ഒരു പദ്ധതിയാണ്. കാലാവസ്ഥാ സുസ്ഥിരത ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുകയും വിലശ്രേണികൾ മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുകയും കർഷകരുടെ ജീവിതനിലവാരം ഉയർത്തുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം.

കർഷകർ, ഉൽപാദക സംഘടനകൾ, ഗവേഷണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, പൊതുസേവാ ഏജൻസികൾ എന്നിവർ സഹകരിച്ച് ദീർഘകാല സുസ്ഥിരതയും മത്സരശേഷിയും നേടുന്ന ഒരു കാർഷിക പരിസ്ഥിതി നിർമ്മിക്കുകയാണ് KERA-യുടെ ഉദ്ദേശ്യം.
